The Simulation and Modeling Group at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales of the Technical University of Madrid has opened a research position for a PhD student. For it, the group is searching for enthusiastic candidates to complete a PhD during, at most, four years in the Mechanical Engineering department of this school.
The selected candidate will join a dynamic group of researchers and work on a
competitively-funded project that investigates numerical methods for topology optimization in solid mechanics.
